As a Project Management and Accounting functional Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clients' technology landscapes across Front, Back, and Mid-Office functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led and technology enabled,” aligning Consulting Solutions’ industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help deploy and optimize the Microsoft Business Applications Suite across various industries, providing enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose-built applications tailored to meet unique business needs. You will be expected to uphold professional and technical standards, interpret data to inform insights, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and accounting processes. Configure and implement D365 F&O Project Management & Accounting modules. Provide functional expertise across: Project Management & Accounting Project Budgeting and Forecasting Time & Expense Management Resource Scheduling and Utilization Project Cost and Revenue Tracking Project Billing and Invoicing WIP (Work in Progress) Management Intercompany Project Accounting Fixed-price, Time & Material, and Investment Projects Configure project groups, project categories, funding sources, billing rules, and accounting parameters. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices. Support integration with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR modules. Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle activities including: Requirement gathering Solution design Configuration Testing Data migration Deployment Hypercare support Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, workflows, and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects. Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables and project milestones. Work closely with finance teams, project managers, business users, and project stakeholders. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and user demonstrations. Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, and training materials. Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation lifecycle. Recommend opportunities for process optimization and automation. Stay updated on D365 F&O PMA capabilities and industry best practices. Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Strong functional expertise in: Project Management & Accounting Project Costing and Billing Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Management Strong understanding of project accounting and financial business processes. Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle. Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
