Power Platform Developer

The Opportunity

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions using out‑of‑the‑box capabilities to create custom pages, site templates, features, and web parts. You will also write custom code when needed to build and deploy advanced Power Platform solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Customize and brand SharePoint sites
  • Configure workflows
  • Tailor lists, pages, and forms to meet mission requirements
  • Support the installation, configuration, and optimization of Power Platform instances in cloud environments
  • Demonstrate platform features to clients to drive user adoption
  • Translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions
  • Document system processes and procedures clearly
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements while following internal and client‑specific protocols for site design, structure, and taxonomy
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement elicitation, testing, deployment validation, and user training

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications
  • 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations
  • 3+ years of experience integrating apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows
  • Experience working with general web technologies, including AngularJS, SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with database modeling and concepts, performance points, reporting services, business data catalogs, and business connectivity services
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Secret clearance required

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of experience working in software development with foundational programming languages, technologies, tools, and web development
  • 1+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, and Foundry AIP for application development
  • Experience managing a cross-functional team creating solutions to solve complex problems
  • Experience with SQL, Spark, Databricks, model hosting, or deployment specifics
  • Experience with Pipeline Builder for data ingestion and transformation
  • Experience with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Ability to work in a team environment and offer or support ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PL-900 Certification

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Projected salary range: $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD)

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
