As a Power BI- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscape across various functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled," aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will help deploy and optimize Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, providing enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose-built applications designed to meet unique business needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of helping clients transform their Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain technology landscape, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and data models. Create visually compelling dashboards and reports for business users and leadership teams. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Implement row-level security (RLS), data governance, and access controls. Work with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, ERP systems, and cloud platforms. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using Power Query and related tools. Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize data pipelines and datasets. Develop reusable semantic models and standardized reporting frameworks. Stakeholder Collaboration Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders. Conduct workshops, demos, and report walkthroughs with users. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on business data analysis. Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and executive dashboards. Participate in end-to-end BI project lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data, and visualization issues. Support UAT and production deployment activities. Ensure adherence to BI development standards and best practices. Guide and mentor junior developers or analysts. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics trends. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI Desktop and Service DAX Power Query (M Language) Data Modeling SQL Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques. Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
