About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics CRM Czech team. The ideal candidate will be a former developer with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), C#, HTML, JavaScript, Business Processes, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and design technical architectures tailored to client requirements
- Conduct thorough technical code and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, configuration, and integration
- Develop and maintain PowerApps and PowerAutomate workflows to enhance business processes
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Document technical specifications and create user guides for solutions implemented
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant or similar role
- Strong background as a developer with expertise in C#, HTML, JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, including customization and configuration
- Experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A continuous learner who is enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and methodologies
Nice to Haves
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies
- Experience with Azure services and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
