Description Duties & Responsibilities: •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and perform gap/fit analysis within Dynamics 365 Business Central •Configure and optimize Business Central modules, including Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Purchasing •Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable system solutions •Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support financial and operational decision-making •Support integrations with third-party systems (APIs, web services, EDI, Azure tools) •Lead or support data migration, testing, UAT, system upgrades, and ongoing production support •Troubleshoot system, reporting, and integration issues; recommend long-term improvements •Create documentation, configuration guides, and training materials to support user adoption
