About the Role

Vivicta is looking for a Microsoft D365 CE Solution Consultant to join our international team. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses with straightforward needs to large enterprises with complex, global solutions. You will help guide our clients through their digital transformation journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of the MS Dynamics CE application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard functionality
• Collaborate with customer project group to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of the business processes and application solution
• Combine technological understanding with process and domain knowledge to create added value for our customers
• Consult on D365 CE engagements including implementation, upgrade, modernization and/or extension of existing applications
• Manage and control the application configuration and customization design work to fulfill customer's business process requirements

Requirements

Experience and Knowledge:

• Proven experience of working with CRM solutions
• Knowledge and experience of sales, marketing, or services processes
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills are essential for effective communication with international clients and colleagues

Additional Information

Monthly salary offer will be defined based upon the candidate's professional competence compliance with job demands. The salary is a part of the remuneration package provided by Vivicta, that includes additional bonuses and opportunities.
