Position Details

Contract: Fixed-term for 2 years in full-time or part-time capacity

Responsibilities

  • Conception, planning and implementation of complex marketing automation and lead management projects
  • Development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns, particularly in the area of email marketing (EMEA region)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders in EMEA and internationally
  • Development, setup and testing of automated customer journeys (including segmentation, triggers and lead forms in coordination with IT)
  • Monitoring and optimization of all relevant digital marketing activities with regard to lead management
  • Creation of reports, data analysis and success measurement in dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
  • Further development and maintenance of contact data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Responsibility for internal consulting and management of external service providers
  • Conducting training in marketing automation for users and subsidiary companies (EMEA)
  • Implementation and optimization of lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies
  • Development and implementation of personalization and dynamic content concepts for email templates
  • Support in the CRM data modeling process
  • Monitoring and analysis of trends in marketing automation and lead management

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing (Bachelor/Master) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing automation and email marketing
  • In-depth expertise in marketing automation and lead management
  • Very good knowledge of common marketing tools and system landscapes
  • Experience in target audience approach and campaign personalization
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Excellent networking ability, particularly with IT stakeholders
  • High level of personal responsibility and structured working methods
  • Very good English language skills
