About the role

You move freely between management groups, workshops and implementation. One day you discuss AI governance, data protection and risk with security leads. The next day you help the business understand how Copilot changes ways of working, decisions and productivity. You are more interested in direction than finished answers. You take customers from first use of Copilot, to scalable, controlled AI initiatives and towards more automated, agent-driven ways of working.

At Nexer you will:

• Shape how organizations work with Copilot, AI and compliance
• Work close to customers, Microsoft and the technology – without unnecessary layers
• Combine strategic dialogues with practical implementation
• Drive long-term AI and Copilot programs where governance and information security are an integral part
• Work in a hybrid role as architect, project manager and technical specialist
• Work across the entire Microsoft platform – Data & AI, Security, M365 and Dynamics 365
• Not work in a silo, but with insights from the entire business

Who you are

You see governance as an enabler, not an obstacle, and thrive better in complex dialogues than in finished processes. You build trust with both IT, security and business, and you know that AI adoption is as much about behaviors as technology. Above all, you want to influence how organizations actually use AI, not just talk about it or sell it.

We see that you have experience of:

• Microsoft 365 in a consulting role
• Working with compliance, governance and information security in larger organizations
• Good knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender, DLP, information classification and retention
• Establishing or further developing AI adoption and working with both Copilot and Agents
• Building trust in complex environments

Extra plus:

• Experience implementing Agentic AI with data sources both within and outside the Microsoft environment
• Experience working with regulatory requirements and/or internal policy frameworks
• Knowledge of tenant strategy, migrations and Azure services
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Security or Compliance
