In this role you will be part of the company's payroll team and work for Kura Omsorg and other sister companies within the Team Olivia Group. As a payroll specialist, you ensure that ongoing matters in our payroll department are handled efficiently and with service in focus. You will work with following up customer payments, reporting to authorities and issuing certificates, among other things.
You will learn our various processes and the role requires accuracy, good administrative ability, engagement with new tasks and a willingness to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing work with payroll reporting in the payroll system
- Handle and report taxes, employer contributions and pensions to relevant authorities
- Participate in process improvement work on the payroll department
- Provide support to managers and employees on payroll-related matters
- Handle incoming matters via telephone and email
- Identify problems and their causes, collect relevant facts and find solutions
- Together with other payroll department staff ensure good service to assistants and customers, as well as internally within the group
- Build trust through service spirit, accuracy and confidentiality
- Other tasks within the payroll department's responsibility based on organisational needs
- Reports to payroll manager

Requirements
Required
- Education or work experience in the field
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meriting
- Experience with SD worx
- Experience with Tidvis
- Experience with D365
Other information about the position
- Location: Örebro office
- Start date: Mid-August or by agreement
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 with flexible working time option
