We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper for 24-40 hours who wants to grow within financial administration. In this position, you will support daily bookkeeping and ensure that the financial administration remains correct, clear and up-to-date.
You will work with processing purchase invoices, booking bank transactions and supporting accounts payable management. Additionally, you will check expense claims and reimbursement requests and help colleagues and suppliers with questions about invoices.
You don't need to know everything already: you will receive an extensive onboarding period, clear guidance and support from experienced colleagues. This way you can gradually grow in your role as a bookkeeper.
Your responsibilities
- Processing and checking purchase invoices
- Booking bank transactions
- Supporting accounts payable management
- Processing expense claims
- Checking expense and travel requests
- Maintaining contact with colleagues and suppliers regarding financial questions
- Supporting various administrative tasks within Finance
Your profile
- You have completed an MBO qualification in financial administration, bookkeeping or a comparable field
- You have some experience within an administrative or financial role, or you are a starter with a strong affinity for figures
- You work carefully, in a structured manner and have an eye for detail
- You are keen to learn, proactive and like to think along
- You have basic knowledge of Excel
- Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is nice to have
- You speak Dutch well and have basic knowledge of German

- A salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month (based on full-time), plus 12% holiday allowance and year-end bonus
