Those in Microsoft Dynamics ERP specialise in analysing client needs, implementing ERP software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft ERP applications. This will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in production and shop‑floor processes. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring manufacturing modules (Production Control, Master Planning, BOM/Routes, and Product Information Management), preparing functional documents, and supporting implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops for manufacturing and production processes
• Configure Production, MRP, BOM/Route, Resource & Scheduling setups in D365 F&O
• Perform gap‑fit analysis, prepare FDDs, and work with technical teams
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, user training, and go‑live support
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post‑go‑live support

Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years in D365 F&O/AX with manufacturing modules; 3+ years minimum, with experience in at least one full implementation cycle
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech
• Technical expertise: Strong understanding of production operations (discrete/process), costing, and shop‑floor control
• Skills: Good communication and documentation skills
• Mandatory skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Security
