Functional Support Analyst

Name of position: Functional Support Analyst Location: Richmond VA

Job description •Analyze and triage incidents. •Manage service requests. •Support user acceptance testing. •Maintain support documentation. •Provide user guidance and training assistance. •Coordinate issue resolution across technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications •5+ years enterprise application support experience. •Experience supporting Dynamics 365 business users. •Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
