Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation, configuration, and support activities
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
• Configure and customize Finance & Operations modules to meet client needs
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations
• Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth go-live and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and integration capabilities
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon
