As Financial System Analyst, you play a critical role in enabling this partnership by ensuring our financial systems—particularly CRAFT and its integrated ecosystem—deliver accuracy, scalability, and insight across the APAC region. You act as a bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business and functional requirements into robust system solutions. Through close collaboration with markets, global teams, and external partners, you support both day‑to‑day system operations and strategic enhancements, ensuring financial systems continue to evolve in line with CHANEL's business ambitions.

Functional & Business Knowledge
- Solid understanding of financial planning, analysis, controlling, and reporting processes
- Strong experience translating business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Ability to conduct impact assessments across interconnected financial platforms
- Knowledge of change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement in systems environments
Technical & Systems Expertise
- Systems thinking and solution architecture capability
- Experience with financial systems implementation, enhancement, or administration
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and quality assurance
- Data analysis and reporting knowledge, with focus on integrity, reconciliation, and usability
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and collaboration with developers and external vendors
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, finance transformation, controlling, or audit
- Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering system projects in complex environments
