Finance Analyst [FIXED-TERM] | COLOMBIA

Purpose

Support the Finance Manager in treasury, billing, collections, and financial analysis activities, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with deadlines, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Functions

• Execute and upload payments in the corresponding banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide the Tax Department with the necessary information for tax compliance.
• Responsible for executing billing processes and monitoring revenues and expenses, consolidating and evaluating financial data for decision-making.
• Prepare monthly collection reconciliations, ensuring consistency between accounting and banking records.
• Prepare and upload tenant billing templates in D365, as well as manage invoice delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Accounting team regarding all data/reports required by Finance.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the budget.
• Provide support to the Regional Finance Director – NOLA with headquarters' requirements.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Accounting or Administration
• 1 - 2 years of experience in general finance
• Strong Excel skills as well as other MS Office suite products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of an accounting ERP System
• Financial and analytical skills
• Practical knowledge of financial accounting and different banking platforms
• Experience with international operations is a plus
