As an ERP - Project Management and Accounting functional- Senior Associate, you will specialize in analyzing client needs, implementing ERP software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft ERP applications. This will enable clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing awareness of your strengths. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will initially support the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM / Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You will act as the liaison between business team members and the technical D365 team, covering post-Go-Live support for continued operations. Your responsibilities will include eliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements, facilitating system design, testing functionality, and preparing procedures and training material. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions effectively - Facilitating communication between business teams and technical teams for seamless integration - Supporting the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM/Production Control module - Documenting requirements, system design, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency - Testing new and existing functionalities and documenting issues for continuous improvement - Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for end-users - Utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and SQL Server Data Tools to optimize data integration - Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client strategic objectives - Promoting continuous process improvement and downtime reduction strategies - Providing post-Go-Live support to validate ongoing system operations and client satisfaction What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP software - Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving - Excelling in business performance management and process improvement - Leveraging customization and development skills for system optimization - Implementing quality assurance best practices in project management - Facilitating data integration and system interoperability - Embracing change and continuous process improvement strategies Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
