As an ERP Manufacturing/Production Functional - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working closely with clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to understand their business needs and implement effective ERP solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations, and growing your personal brand. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing and production operations. Configure and implement D365 F&O Manufacturing and Production modules. Provide functional expertise across: Production Control Bill of Materials (BOM) Routing and Operations Master Planning Lean Manufacturing Shop Floor Control Product Information Management Inventory Management Cost Management Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices. Configure production parameters, workflows, planning setups, and manufacturing processes. Support manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and production execution activities. Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle activities including: Requirement gathering Solution design Configuration Testing Data migration Deployment Hypercare support Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover/go-live activities. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects. Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables and project milestones. Work closely with business users, production planners, operations teams, and project stakeholders. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and solution demonstrations. Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process documents, and training materials. Provide user support and knowledge transfer during and after implementation. Recommend opportunities for process optimization and automation. Stay updated with D365 F&O manufacturing features and industry best practices. Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree, MBA - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications preferred. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial products, or retail industries.
