Job Title: Power Platform Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Focus: Developing canvas/model-driven apps and automating processes (Cloud/Desktop flows). Environment: Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Key Responsibilities
App Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to replace manual or legacy processes. Automation: Create efficient automated workflows using Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows) to streamline business processes and integrations. Data Integration: Connect apps to various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and third-party APIs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, user-friendly applications. UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within Power Apps to maximize adoption. System Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions for performance and security. Data Modeling: Utilize Dataverse for advanced data modeling and management. Governance & Security: Ensure developed solutions comply with company data security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC). Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Required Technical Skills
Expertise in Power Platform: Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, JavaScript, PCF controls, GIT, .NET CRM Plugins, Connecting Power Platform with Azure, SSIS, SSRS, TFS Power Fx: Proficiency in using Power Fx formula language. Data Sources: Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and SQL. Connectors: Ability to build and use custom connectors. Intermediate Coding: Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or JSON for extending functionality. Additional Tools: Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), and Microsoft Teams integration.
Working hours
The candidate is required to work in the EU (European shift hours).
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), or App Maker (PL-100). Methodology: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices.
