Dotnet Fullstack Developer | Azure, C#, and Enterprise Application Expertise
SynechronJob Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Dotnet Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role involves working across front-end and back-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in the Microsoft technology stack, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Software Requirements Required Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Windows Server environments Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of the .NET framework and C# programming language Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for development and debugging Familiarity with SQL Server for database interactions Version control experience with Git or TFS Preferable Skills: Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React Overall Responsibilities Act as the primary technical contact for Microsoft-based solutions and support Work closely with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft enterprise software and hardware infrastructure Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to implement integrated solutions Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft systems and applications Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in the planning of new technology deployments Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures Support user training and escalate issues for resolution when necessary Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core (required) Front-end Technologies: ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS (preferred) Databases/Data Management: SQL Server, Entity Framework, data querying, and database optimization (required) Cloud Technologies: Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps (preferred) Frameworks & Libraries: SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform (preferred) Development Tools & Methodologies: Visual Studio, TFS, Git, Agile/Scrum Security Protocols: Data security, user authentication, role-based access control (RBAC) Experience Requirements 7 to 12 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-level .NET applications Hands-on experience working with Azure cloud platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment Day-to-Day Activities Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications as per project requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance of applications Maintain documentation for system configurations, code changes, and troubleshooting steps Participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and project retrospectives Provide hands-on support, training, and issue resolution to users and clients Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technology updates and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus Continuous learning through relevant training and certification programs Professional Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements Effective time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
