D365 Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead D365 platform operations across workflows, configurations, ticketing, bug fixes, and deployment tuning.
2. Redesign workflows and troubleshooting workflow failures across business functions.
3. Oversee stabilization and remediation of deployments impacted by current system challenges.
4. Manage ERP-centric integration points across multiple systems, assets, and tools.
5. Provide direction on data structures, workflow logic, and cross-system dependencies.
6. Support data-lake-adjacent items where relevant.
7. Lead and develop a team of four focused on D365 operations and enhancements.
8. Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve platform performance and stability.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong, hands-on D365 implementation and workflow experience.
• Expertise in workflow logic, ticket remediation, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP integrations across multiple assets and tools.
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and tuning strategies.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Clear communication, collaborative leadership, and ability to excel under pressure.
