Responsibilities
- Analysis of complex systems and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
- Management of complex requirements analysis processes with company clients, including understanding customer needs and leading business processes.
- Collaboration with software vendors and internal and external organizational interfaces.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis – must
- Proven experience in writing detailed specification documents, both functional and technical, including interface specifications – must
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation and configuration of processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – a significant advantage
- Familiarity with service centers / sales / marketing environments – an advantage
- Knowledge and experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
- Relevant education or professional training in systems analysis
