About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Accountant to join the Finance team and lead the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Mesura in an international and multi-company environment. You will be responsible for closings, control of financial information and compliance with tax obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily general accounting: registration and supervision of accounting entries, including payroll, depreciation, provisions, accruals, regularizations and other closing entries
• Reconcile and review bank movements, ensuring rigorous reconciliation and precise tracking of receipts and payments
• Support the accounting and control of supplier invoices
• Actively participate in monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring accounting quality and agile resolution of incidents
• Support the preparation of financial reporting and participate in accounting consolidation processes
• Prepare and review recurring tax obligations: VAT (303), intra-community operations (349), professional withholdings (111) and other related forms
• Coordinate with the external management company the preparation of annual accounts, corporate tax and the resolution of accounting and tax queries
• Actively participate in financial audit processes
• Manage the payment portfolio and operational control of treasury, ensuring agile and precise administrative-financial monitoring
• Contribute to the improvement and professionalization of financial processes, collaborating in the implementation of new tools and ERP evolution

Your profile

You are an accounting professional with experience, criteria and ambition. We are looking for someone who combines technical solidity with autonomy, rigour and a clear continuous improvement mentality.

You will fit this role if you:

• Have 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting
• Bring a technically solid profile, with mastery of the complete accounting cycle
• Have demonstrable experience in monthly closings and audit processes
• Master recurring tax matters (VAT, intra-community operations, withholdings, etc.) and handle coordination with external advisors with ease
• Are a rigorous, organized and autonomous person, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with demanding deadlines
• Have a mentality oriented towards process improvement and quality of financial information
• Previous experience in international and/or multi-company environments is especially valued
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is valued
• Have an English level that allows you to communicate fluently in an international environment
