About the Role
The Supporter Engagement & Campaigns Specialist is the primary executor and orchestrator of donor journeys and supporter campaigns. This role ensures that all donor experiences are delivered accurately, on time, and as designed, with attention to detail and a strong focus on process excellence.
The Specialist leads in the implementation of approved donor strategies and campaign plans into seamless, end-to-end execution across channels—coordinating timelines, assets, data, and vendors to ensure supporters experience a cohesive, high-quality journey at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Donor Journey & Experience Execution (40%)
- Operationalize approved donor journeys and engagement strategies into detailed project plans and timelines.
- Serve as the project lead for supporter experience initiatives, managing dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.
- Execute multi-channel donor journeys across email, mail, and digital platforms with consistency and precision.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all assets and inputs are delivered on time.
- Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure alignment before launch.
- Support the Director by tracking milestones, budgets (where applicable), and delivery status.
Campaign and Experience Coordination & Deployment (40%)
- Execute the day-to-day delivery of donor and sponsor campaigns, including email setup and deployment, mail house coordination, digital campaign execution, phone scripting and talking points, and event support.
- Maintain the master production and deployment calendar.
- Act as the central point of contact for campaign logistics across Creative, Digital, Data, and external vendors.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance: proofing, segmentation checks, testing, and final approvals.
Administrative Support (20%)
- Support the data collection, analysis, and reporting of supporter campaigns and initiatives.
- Keep track and process vendor invoices and campaign expense monitoring.
- Support the Director in preparing campaign report content for journey and experience optimization.
Requirements
- Post-secondary Diploma/degree, preferably in Project Management, Marketing, Communications.
- Minimum of 3+ years of marketing, donor communications, direct response, fundraising, or other industry-related experience.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and maintain a highly-organized and detailed workflow.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and results monitoring.
- Experience in data mining and manipulation, extracting, importing and filtering from relational databases such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Raisers Edge, or BBCRM.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to be proactive, and think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to excel in a team environment as well as accountability as an individual contributor.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands while managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet commitments.

Work Arrangement
Type: Hybrid
Our Hybrid Workplace Program is a flexible work arrangement that permits employees to work remotely while also occasionally being required to come into the Organization's office. If approved to work from home as part of our Hybrid workplace program, the incumbent must be available to work from the Organization's office from time to time as determined by the supervisor or as otherwise directed by the Organization.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Between $48,000 - $58,000 annually based on experience.
