As a Buyer with Hobart Parts & Service, you play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and cost to support our business and customers. This role is not just about transactions — it's about building strong supplier partnerships, applying analytical thinking to procurement decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Builds and manages strong supplier relationships that ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus)
- Transferable skills such as negotiation, data analysis, vendor management, and project coordination are valued
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCM) are a plus, but not required
