Applikationskonsult Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

Softronic's Malmö office is expanding, and we are seeking an Application Consultant to combine business understanding with technical configuration in Microsoft's modern cloud platform.

In this role, you will work with a perfect mix of business, technology and customer dialogue, involved from idea to reality. You will be a key person in implementation and maintenance projects, helping customers digitalize and automate their processes, often with low-code/no-code as a foundation but with understanding of when code components are needed.

Responsibilities

• Convert needs into smart, efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Customer Insights, Code Apps and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse etc.)
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping
• Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training
• Provide second-line support and proactively suggest improvements during the maintenance phase
• Contribute with documentation, solution descriptions and demo environments

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
• Good business understanding within sales, customer service, marketing, service operations, finance and/or internal processes
• Confident in configuration and solution design
• Fluent communication in Swedish, spoken and written
