About the Role

Reporting to the IT Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing technological solutions, primarily based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, to support the organization's business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Program and configure solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Design, configure and perform integrations using the C# programming language.
  • Structure and model data and business logic in Dataverse, including management of data transfers between different environments.
  • Implement automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize business processes.
  • Contribute to integrations with Business Central, particularly through process optimization (Dataflows, connectors, automation).
  • Perform quality control, diagnose and correct code issues.
  • Participate in writing and updating documentation.
  • Provide technical support to internal users during solution deployment or evolution phases.
  • Actively participate in analyzing current and future project needs.
  • Propose and implement technological improvements and innovations.
  • Perform any other tasks required by your functions.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate university degree in computer science or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming in C# and ASP.NET
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and Azure Functions
  • Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps and DevOps principles (testing, build and automated deployments)
  • Good writing and communication skills in French
  • Knowledge of SSRS reports (asset)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (asset)
  • PL-400 certification (asset)
