
Analyst - Workplace

Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
- Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows.
- Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
- Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking.
- Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred.
- Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts.
- Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions.
