AI & Automation Developer I

Responsibilities

Automation Projects

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes
• Learn and use Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects
• Learn and implement development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations
• Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools

Training

• Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications
• Learn the Intelligent Automation toolset

Continuous Improvement and Technical Support

• Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
• Learn and apply Lean and process improvement methodologies
• Apply feedback and learnings from each project to continuously improve and grow
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for deployed automations

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry level proficiency with Python
• Familiar with Robocorp/Sema4.ai
• Familiar with AI tools
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Desirable: Python certifications and/or Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and an aptitude for learning software programs
• Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
• Action oriented with a passion for helping others
