Role Overview

Finance operations responsible for overall process delivery and operations on P2P processes. This might be a great fit if you have strong accounts payable knowledge coupled with AR/Billing experience (preferred) and if you would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Omnicom Agencies Finance Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for Accounts Payable (AP) matters
• Ensure the team of two analysts performs to expectations
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for internal team queries
• Manage work allocation and ensure the AP inbox is cleared daily
• Prepare payment proposal report twice a month
• Review payments done by the team and approver for level 1 authorizer
• Ensure intercompany revaluation is completed on time
• Ensure monthly depreciation entries are processed on time
• Support working capital team on cashflow forecast for payment forecast
• File vendor related WHT
• Approval for claims level 2
• Response time of 24 hours for AP enquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or relevant field with overall 6–8 years of experience with at least 3–4 years of experience in AP and at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor
• 1–2 years of prior experience in AP or Billing is highly preferred
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, MS Office and the ability to quickly learn any new accounting software
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside department
• Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Stakeholders Management skills
• Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur is a plus
