MB-210 — Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate

Validates configuration and implementation skills for the Dynamics 365 Sales application.

MB-230 — Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

Covers implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including cases, queues, knowledge and SLAs.
