As a sales coordinator, you will have a central and varied role where you function as the link between customers and internal functions. You will work closely with both Swedish and international customers and build long-term relationships with distributors in a global market.
Responsibilities
- Handle orders and quotes for both Swedish and international customers
- Answer customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Send order confirmations and follow up on deliveries
- Support field sales and export sales staff on questions regarding delivery terms, payment terms and business conditions
Requirements
- Experience of customer service, support and/or sales
- Post-secondary education
- Good system knowledge and comfortable with the Office package
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proactive, structured and business-like work approach
- Thrive in a role where you build relationships and drive business forward
Merits
- Background in technology, IT, telecommunications or similar field
- Experience from rescue services or similar operations
- Experience of business systems, for example Business Central
Working hours and position details
The position is a part-time role at 50% based at the customer's office in Täby, Stockholm. Working hours are Monday to Friday, mornings only. The assignment is initially for approximately three months, with good opportunities for full-time employment after summer. You will be employed by Hero.
We would appreciate if you have the possibility to work most of the summer, but if you already have a planned trip or leave during any week, that is of course completely fine.
