Shape the finance and governance processes of an international energy company. In this key role, you take on responsibility, work closely with international teams, and actively contribute to the further development of our Luxembourg location.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting and monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local accounting standards
- Ensure high-quality group reporting including reporting packages and Tagetik uploads
- Manage treasury and liquidity processes, coordinate financing and monitor cash pool structures
- Coordinate tax matters together with Group Tax and external partners as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead, develop and support the local finance team and promote efficient and digital work processes
- Represent the company to the board of directors, authorities, banks and other stakeholders
Profile & Requirements
- Higher education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as in a leadership role
- Sound IFRS knowledge and experience in group reporting
- Analytical and structured way of working with confident communication with different stakeholders
- Ideally familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Business Central as well as tax and treasury matters
- Fluent communication in German and English
