This is an 18-month fixed-term opportunity to cover a maternity leave and be part of exciting projects during this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in general accounting and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all ledgers
• Own balance sheet reconciliations (customers, vendors, related parties, banks, tax authorities, etc.)
• Manage treasury forecasting, analyze variances, and process payments
• Handle billing and invoicing – ensuring both customer and partner accuracy
• Review, process, and control accounting documentation for completeness and correctness
• Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support
• Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, automate, or enhance workflows
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc AR/AP, inventory, and billing reports
• Communicate with HQ, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting implementation of new processes and initiatives
• Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities
• Cover other accounting and analytical procedures as needed

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Corporate Finance, ideally in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, and familiarity with statutory accounting and tax compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is a plus)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – comfort with large datasets and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent command of English and the local language
• Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively
