About the role

Deloitte Outsourcing is on an exciting journey. We have recently brought together all competencies in general administration, including payroll, financial management, controlling, reporting, digitalization and optimization into a unified Center of Excellence. The Center of Excellence is one of the initiatives we at Deloitte have launched as we are committed to being frontrunners in our field, all in close collaboration with our other departments at Deloitte.

Our Center of Excellence currently consists of a team of 33 skilled specialists, and we plan to expand with more fantastic colleagues over the next year.

Responsibilities

• Financial management of your own customer portfolio
• Month-end closing and reporting
• Developing and challenging customers, both professionally and digitally
• Project and team responsibility on larger customer assignments
• Ensuring talent development of junior colleagues through mentoring and sparring

Requirements

We expect the following background to be a good foundation for success in the role:

• You are a positive, self-driving team player who takes ownership of tasks and is not afraid of new challenges
• You have 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and accounting, either from a finance function as a controller or from the audit industry
• Knowledge of E-conomic, Uniconta and Business Central will be an advantage
• You are flexible and thrive with a challenging and varied job
• You have an outgoing, responsible and service-minded profile, driven by delivering at the highest level
• In your daily work, you have a structured approach to managing your tasks that enables you to keep track of many balls in the air
