About the role As Buyer you will: Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time Create and follow up Purchase Orders with Vendors Maintain regular communication with Vendors regarding deliveries, order confirmations, delays, and operational issues Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial conditions with Vendors for day-to-day purchasing activities Request and compare quotations from Vendors for new and existing components Monitor pricing evolution and identify opportunities for cost reduction and purchasing optimization Support Vendor relationship management and escalate critical issues when needed Collaborate closely with Planning and Warehouse Teams to support material availability and minimize shortages Support Quality Team on non-conformities, claims, and Vendor documentation follow-up Monitor and update ERP data, including pricing, lead times, Vendor information, and purchasing conditions Track Procurement KPIs and support reporting activities Support inventory management by monitoring lead times, stock levels, MOQs, and purchasing parameters Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain processes Values & Mindset Share Addvolt values – Transparency, Agility and Trustworthiness Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive mindset and attention to detail Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness Ability to work collaboratively with different Teams Flexible and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related operational roles (1–3 years preferred) Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, or similar is a plus) Good analytical and Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus Understanding of purchasing and inventory management processes Ability to manage Vendor communication, quotations, and operational negotiations Commercial mindset with attention to cost optimization and purchasing efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory Our Commitment Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
