It offers vessel life cycle services including new builds, ship repair, maintenance, overhauls, conversions, and vessel recycling, and is a partner to the Canadian Coast Guard and the Canadian commercial fleet. The company was previously named Heddle Shipyards and rebranded as Ontario Shipyards in January 2024.
