Nissin Foods USA manufactures and markets instant ramen noodle products, including its Top Ramen and Cup Noodles brands. It is the U.S. operation of the Nissin Foods group, whose founder Momofuku Ando created the first instant ramen noodle in Japan in 1958. The U.S. business operates manufacturing facilities in Gardena, California and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and is establishing an additional plant in Greenville County, South Carolina.
