The IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit, public interest organisation responsible for the governance and oversight of two independent standard-setting boards: the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). These boards develop IFRS Accounting Standards and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards used in corporate reporting across global capital markets.
